Privacy, in plain words
This page covers everything we collect and why. It is short because we collect very little.
Information you send us
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, city, a rough panel count and any notes you add. That is the lot, and we use it for exactly one purpose: contacting you about the screen work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Service providers that help us run the site and handle calls — hosting, form delivery, call routing — process this information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
Calls are recorded, and Florida law shapes how
Calls to and from (321) 386-2875 may be recorded so quote details do not get lost between the call and the visit. Florida is an all-party consent state: under Section 934.03, Florida Statutes, everyone on a call must consent before it is recorded. So here is exactly how that works with us, stated plainly:
- You will hear a recording notice at the start of a recorded call.
- If you stay on the line after the notice, that is your consent to the recording — continuing the call is how you agree.
- If you would rather not be recorded, say so as soon as we pick up, or skip the phone entirely and use the quote form. You lose nothing by choosing the form.
Recordings are kept only as long as they are useful for the job they concern, then discarded.
What the website itself collects
This is a static site. There is no login, no ad network, and no social media tracking embedded in these pages. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, pages requested, time of request — for security and troubleshooting.
Choices and questions
Want your information deleted after a quote, or have a question this page does not answer? Say so on a call or in the form's notes field and we will handle it. Nothing about working with a screen company should require a lawyer to read.
